Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days on products that arrive in non-working order.

Please contact us if you need to return an item.

 

How do I return?

  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Please make sure you have done everything correct in installation as Non-defective returns due to user error may impact your refund with up to a 20% restocking fee.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Please keep the tracking number handy that you used to return the item to give an idea when the item has been returned to us. 
  • Once your return is received we will inspect it and issue a refund within 72 hours of receiving the item.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days

Are there any charges for return?

  • Defective or wrong item received
    • NO charges
    • Return shipping label provided for free (only inside the 48 us states)
    • Please make sure you have done everything correct in installation as Non-defective returns due to user error may impact your refund with up to a 20% restocking fee.
    • All items will be tested and inspected if you submit a claim of damage and the item works, has been damaged by improper installation/wiring or has been tampered with a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply.

  • Any reason other than defective item
    • Shipping charges will not be refunded (if an item was Free shipping the original shipping will be deducted from the refund)
    • You are responsible for return shipping cost (we can provide a label that will be taken out of the refund
    • up to a 20% fee may be charged if item is returned in less than new condition or retail box is damaged. We try to not charge but if we cannot resell the item because of damage to item or box we must.
    • Original shipping costs we incurred to ship you the item may be deducted from the refund
